I was thinking about this lately, so-- Two things for people who visit Hei's world:
1. There is a large chaos area called Hell's Gate, located smack in the middle of Tokyo. It's surrounded by a very tall wall and fences some ways away from the wall. Stringent security measures ensure that no one who isn't authorized gets near, yet alone inside Hell's Gate.
The wall is made to blend into the cityscape, and changes according to time of day and weather, but it's still pretty noticeable if you're not completely unobservant. It can also probably be seen from just about every point in the city.
Here are a few examples of what it looks like: 1, 2, 3.
2. Stars! The stars in his world are "fake" and don't resemble any sort of Earthly constellations at all -- there is no moon, either (I'm pretty sure the sun still exists, though.) Anything beyond the stratosphere is cut off from Earth, so there's no satellite TV or anything.
Obviously, this is really only significant if the character lives on (or has been to) some version of Earth, but still. :Db
